First I ordered a large size based on the size chart (12 inches = size L?). stop my cycle Returning was so easy. Within 3 days I had a replacement size XL. Still pretty tight but I think the compression sleeve is designed for that! I have an inflamed nerve in my elbow joint and it makes a world of difference when it comes to keeping my bare elbow off hard surfaces. .We cost 10 dollars!

I have bursitis and bought this specifically to cushion my elbow and provide some compression. I'm a size M (according to table 0) and found it so tight that I couldn't rotate it to fit my elbow pads. The pads are very thin and face each other - so they interfere with arm movement (if that's the case). is what you want) - I don't - at least not to this extent. I could barely get it off my hand. I'll look for one with thicker padding and velcro straps. Lesson learned.

This brace really helped my fiance with his elbow bursitis. His elbow was swollen two weeks after accidentally hitting him on the kitchen counter. I ordered these braces for him after looking at a number of them online and based my decision on the fact that they have gel pads. After a few days of use, his elbow looks normal again and the pain is gone.

I read one of the questions and answers and despite the pictures suggested the gel pad would be on the elbow. Instead, this item has two gel pads and when worn correctly the pads are on the sides of the elbow. Yes, you can rotate the sleeves so that one of the pads is at the elbow and the other is in the crook of the elbow, which is uncomfortable and not worn as the design intended. If you don't care about any of that then I think this is a good buy for the money.
