Very strong locks that will not loosen over time, higher quality cables.

I use 5 of these in a rack server. The locks are strong and will not come loose with use like most data lock cables. The connectors are strong but not too big like other mounting cables. The braid is strong and thick and won't snap like some cheaper jacketed cables.

First of all, it should be noted that both ends of this cable are straight. They will work well for you if there is enough clear space between the end of the drive and the side of the case, or if your drives face the motherboard and not the side of the case. I have used them to the fullest. Case size where I needed longer SATA cables to get from the additional drive bays to the SATA expansion card on the motherboard. Sturdy, high quality and long

Built to last, these Elecpow SATA III data cables have a braided finish to prevent bending that could disrupt data transfer. These cables will not come loose because the latches on each end keep them connected to the drive. And that is the main reason I ordered this bundle of 5 cables and latches. I needed to replace the cables I used to build my kid's computer.
