Great for hydroponic growing

I use it for constant temperature and pH monitoring in my recirculating deep water culture I just finished and it's perfect for what I do need.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Love love love best in a fabric analyzer

Love this little device! It resides in my aquarium and works 24/7 with very accurate readings. Removed guessing game. Now I always know if my pH is right. Can't recommend enough!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No paint required

Inexpensive and remains remarkably accurate

I have to admit I thought this was going to be an outlier test, I wanted to try it but I didn't expect it to remain accurate. But actually he has and has at least much more than I thought. Calibration is easy, but I would like a three-point calibration. I have tested this on my Blue Labs meter and 2 other meters I have.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Surprised!: Test, measure and verify

Wow, I've had this for a week now and so far it's working great! Accurate temperature as my other thermometers and accurate pH as my other pH meters that cost twice as much. This one costs less and has fewer cords because it's battery operated and has a backlight, others I've had don't, so I really like this PH monitor. Update: Unfortunately, after a few months, it no longer gave me accurate readings. Others I have from another brand have worked great for about 3 years.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • This is driving me insane

I don't have time to calibrate

The calibration has probably been kept for 6 months, I went to calibrate again, it's my own business. I watched the tutorials on YouTube 7x to make sure I didn't miss anything, changed the batteries. Still no bones. It just shows a 4.0 calibration no matter what and then when I calibrate it to 4.01 and it saves the data it IMMEDIATELY starts to drift in the calibration solution. For $40 I'm really surprised it lasted so long but I can't give it 5 stars for this performance.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other picks

works fine but pH probe response is very slow

Bought to replace my 70's vintage box (see attached picture and let me know if you want to buy it for your museum , I'll give it to you at a good price). The pH meter works fine but I refused to use the probe that came with it. I replaced it with one I've had for over 5 years that still works and behaves like a regular lab sensor. The original sensor was accurate enough, but slow. but the hat is hardly a surprise. Anyone experienced with pH meters knows that the box doesn't matter, it's the…

Missing and broken best to test, measure and check

There is a QR code for the video in the user manual. The website has expired and is now loading with the usual crappy shadow web ads. Luckily, it also had written instructions to follow when calibrating. It was only 0.01 from the factory and I adjusted it accordingly. It had a good stable reading for over 24 hours and is now fluctuating wildly between 5 and 11. I double checked the readings with the strips, they were all the same at 7.8 so I think the sensor passed out after a day . Get…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some errors

Does what it's supposed to do when properly maintained

I've had nothing but success with this pH meter. Cheap yellows keep dying for half of this rider's life. I'm so excited that I can only look at this and. Get what I need. I hope this company does another one with tds/edc! 100% would buy! ;) A word to the wise - clean it in purified or distilled water (immerse and rinse the probe) every few weeks. Keep the tiny water bottle that also contains the sensor. Whenever you flush and refill the tank, flush the probe and then use some fresh, clean water

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
