Product feels cheap for the price, thin plastic. The cable is advertised as 6 feet long, but I have my doubts about that. Pretty disappointed with the artisan ship but overall it works as advertised. Bought two of these when my wife and I were shopping for new alarm clocks. I liked the power port feature for charging phones, but both died within a month. One of the numbers stopped working on a clock, while others started interfering at random times and wouldn't turn off. They were very bright even on the darkest settings. I had to dim the screen at night. I will not redeem.

Bought to take away, one of my friends is usually very good at electronics etc. She couldn't, then my husband looked at it along with instructions. Failed? And you have to press a button to use the charger, so the watch teases you with the wrong time. UGH And of course it was too late to return it as I used it on the trip.

The awful guide was clearly not written by someone who spoke normal English. The words get mixed up. I will never understand how to work with this clock. Unfortunately I waited too long to solve this problem. I waited until my sister came to visit hoping she could sort things out. Vain. It is non-refundable at the moment which is my fault but I think the review is important for others who might think this is a great item.

Having extra outlets was helpful for me since the place I installed it didn't have enough outlets nearby for the few devices I use in that part of the room.
