Enhance Electrical Diagnostics with Electronic Specialties 640 DVA Adapter - 1 Pack Review

Absolutely essential when dealing with boats/ATVs/etc. does it work properly (no advertised built in DVA but hey it's a Fluke) My other 2 gauges were just like "What?" ) In 5 minutes and order parts.

My son had an intermittent ignition problem on his motocross bike that I was unable to properly diagnose with my Fluke 325 alone. Plug this adapter into the gauge, plug it in the leads on the stator or primary ignition side and turn the bike over. This unit has worked great, has decent outputs and is a great addition to my Fluke. My only very minor complaint would be that the directions are fully outward, but the principle is the same.

DVA adapter works as it should. However, the description is somewhat misleading. It has no value, it sways back and forth. All it does is slow it down just enough for you to capture your number. I was kind of expecting something that would hold a value for more than 100ths of a second. In addition, only one adapter was included in the package. It did not include alligator clips as shown in the picture. support is not helpful.
