The only way to check the stator
My son had an intermittent ignition problem on his motocross bike that I was unable to properly diagnose with my Fluke 325 alone. Plug this adapter into the gauge, plug it in the leads on the stator or primary ignition side and turn the bike over. This unit has worked great, has decent outputs and is a great addition to my Fluke. My only very minor complaint would be that the directions are fully outward, but the principle is the same.
