Couldn't even use it

The coiled cord was so short I could barely connect it to anything and when I finally did it the alligator clip slipped off the metal connection with every movement of my hand so I couldn't even use it on my computer work, so it was a waste of money.

It comes folded and is almost impossible to unfold.

The product works but does not match the picture. It comes rigidly folded and is very difficult to "unfold" and therefore looks very ugly. Maybe it would look better if they rolled it up or something, but it was folded into a square.

Apparently it was previously returned as trash; still garbage

The negative reviews are correct here. I was hoping that when folded it could be laid flat between two large heavy books, but the rug turned out to be folded four times with a large crease in the middle that would never be smoothed out. In addition, the fragile bracelet's packaging was crushed and opened, suggesting that this defective item was returned by a previous customer. Probably not suitable as a grounding mat. Apparently cheaply made and poorly packaged. Stay away.
