I've been using Elegoos 37 sensor kit for a few weeks now. So it happened that the ultrasonic sensor in my kit was defective. However, I did find the Elegoo service email list at the bottom of the documentation and Elegoo was very responsive to my questions, agreeing to replace the faulty sensor, and gave me helpful suggestions when I submitted a question about one of the other sensors. I am genuinely shocked at the high rating of this item and that it is listed as a Revain's Choice. As many have said, the documentation is almost unreadable at times as it has obviously been translated. Above all, many sensors are defective. I found at least 4 and finally gave up. The humidity sensor didn't work for me, the touch sensor didn't work, the red color on RGB SMD didn't work, those are just two names.
