Touchless, sensor activation (bottle filler) designed for easy use; easy-to-operate push-bar activation (bubbler). Fill rate is 1.1 GPM. Visual filter monitor with LED filter status indicator. Fillsafe recognition automatically recognizes new filter and updates LED light back to green. The 3,000-gallon filter is certified to NSF 42 and 53 for lead, Class 1 particulate, chlorine, taste and odor reduction. Green Ticker informs user of number of 20 oz. plastic water bottles saved from waste. Energy-saving feature, allowing for the refrigeration to be powered off when not in use. Laminar flow provides clean fill with minimal splash. Real drain system eliminates standing water. Silver ion antimicrobial protection on key plastic components to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew. Low-energy LED light encourages use, assists with filling dark bottles and illuminates in dark hallways. One-box packaging so the cooler and bottle filler ship together.

Looked great but didn't last long.

Worked a little. But now it doesn't work at all. Do you want to know if I bought a refurbished product? I really want to take it off and return it.

Not cold enough water Bad product

I bought this product for my colleagues and they all hate it because it doesn't cool the water at all. We tried adjusting the settings but the water doesn't cool down at all. Big waste of money. Do not buy!

Descriptions should be more accurate.

It was mentioned that a filter would come with the system but that was NOT true. Unfortunately brings me installation delays. But other than that, the system arrived in perfect condition and looked good after installation. NOT an easy install, just because our old system was so outdated. This is the first time I buy Elkey.

The drain and outlet have to be in the perfect spot or it's a nightmare.

Our drain and outlet were not in the ideal place and it took a lot of work to install. I had to cut out part of the stainless steel backplate to access the outlet. We broke a part in the process, but Elkay's customer service was excellent and we received a new part quickly. Once in it works great.

protects the planet: kitchen and bathroom lights

I bought this device to replace an existing drinking fountain at the city sports center. Replacement was easier than expected and assembly was a breeze. The bottle fill counter works great as we installed it one day and the next morning I went to the final check, it has already filled over 200 bottles of filtered water. We receive rave reviews about the device from end users. I think the only dissatisfied people are the concessionaires who no longer sell 200-400 bottles of water a day.

We order up to three pieces. They were recommended by Elkay Customer Service for elementary schools. (Our state energy department uses a vandal-proof model.) In fact, while I was on the phone with CS, they found a recommended article here at Revain. Let's share our installation experience as another reviewer had some difficulties.
