did you change the formula

I don't know what happened to this product, but the viscosity has changed a lot. The texture is not the same, it smells strange and certainly not sticky. I tried using this on paper and my paper roses literally exploded because the paper wasn't holding together. In the end it all crumbled into a sticky mass. I used to love this glue because you could work with it on so many different projects, but now it can't even glue paper! I just threw it in the trash - don't even send it back. Now I have…

Stuff Works Well - glue hockey gloves together!

Great product. It remains flexible and adheres well to the fabric. I use it to fix hockey gloves where players usually have a hole in their palm on the top. I repair them with old denim applied to leather or faux leather. It holds up surprisingly well even after washing. I also use glue so the bottom of things hold better. Useful for repairing old magazines

I collect pulp (and some old magazines). I'm quite willing to accept a book that requires a little care while it's finished in order to get a more reasonable price for it. Unfortunately, a lot of really stupid people use duct tape or Elmers school glue to fix these old books, and neither of those work well. I looked at what professional restorers use in their projects.
