I can't even count how many tubes and cans of glue I've thrown away over the years because over time they've hardened and become unusable. I usually only use a small amount of glue at a time, so over time I've learned to only buy a small amount as I'm going to throw it away anyway. I liked the idea of single use and multiple in each package which should result in less waste. Larger pipes always dry out before they are needed again, which basically makes larger pipes "disposable" anyway, unless you're working on a project or doing multiple repairs in the same day.
