They don't advertise much, but the MAX 17 has a new chassis. The camera and IR sensor are now at the top of the screen, which is nice. I have a 5900HX with an RTX 3080 and it's really good. Great laptop but RTX 3070 hits 87C on default settings, 125W plus 5W boost - too much heat for this thin laptop. The GPU goes up to 140W, but I can only go to 115W (lowest settings) without hitting the maximum GPU temperature of 87C. Purchased M-17 model with Nvidia 3070 GPU, 32GB RAM and 1TB M.2 NVME SSD. Received the laptop with very fast shipping from Revain. Came in perfect condition with no viruses installed. Installed Windows 10 Home with appropriate drivers and several Elucktronics apps to control the hardware (e.g. fans). Smooth appearance, solid appearance. I got this laptop today, it's a Max 17 (3070+i7) and so far it doesn't look very good. I keep getting BSOF (8 times so far) and my laptop has rebooted about 15 times (see video for pre-reboot analysis).
