They arrived quickly and both function. The only downside is that the end that connects to the Nook fell apart. It still works. The clips holding the outer casing are being pulled off or something like that. But since you can't find them in stores I tried it, the salespeople were very young and had no idea what I was talking about. My son went to Walmart and explained what a Nook is and the guy said it wasn't real. So all in all worth a few bucks and a band.

You will have to wiggle them to get the right connection or the cable will drain your battery. I understand this is an issue with other buyers. Unfortunately, the Nook no longer supports these cables, leaving you with something non-standard to contend with.

I ordered two packs to have a spare when traveling. The first cable I tried didn't charge at all no matter what I did and after 3 tries it just told me it was either draining or not charging. Second one I used once and when I unplugged it after my corner was fully charged it fell apart. Poor quality and poor performance!
