The website was simple to use, however the delivery time was so protracted that I became increasingly anxious about its whereabouts.

I was dismayed to discover, upon receiving my order, that the phone case was not only of subpar quality, but also did not fit my device. The stand I bought was cheap and unstable, making it impossible to use my phone for video calls and media playback. Their customer support was poor and unresponsive when I reached out to them.
