This thread frays at the ends making it almost impossible to thread the needle. Suitable for friendship bracelets, but not for handicrafts. The colors were wonderful.

I liked that it was a DMC floss. I bought them for cross stitch. Very easy to organize once they are all numbered correctly! It seems to have captured most of the basics I need in general templates.

Excellent quality; not as good as a craft store but for a tenth the price per skein it's too much to expect. The only real problem I have with them is that they smell TERRIBLE, like very strong chemicals. But as long as you don't sniff it directly and wash your hands after use, it's not a deal breaker.

An absolute BLESSING that my beloved kids have stopped making that horrible slime and switched to old school bracelets! Of course, my hands are now adorned with numerous braids that make me look like a hippie, but I no longer secretly spit out copious amounts of mucus. worth your money. Hours of mindless/non-electronic fun.

Good price for what you get. I'm glad there are multiple skeins of each color (unlike the previous order where the individual skeins were mixed together and might not be enough for larger projects). There is a useful DMC number match chart and the colors seem to match very well; The colors are actually shown in the table, which makes things easier. The needles are not the ones I usually use for tapestry or cross stitch, but they are good extras.
