Great for beginners!

You will receive two different embroidery kits, including an embroidery hoop to share with someone who is just starting to embroider. I gave one to my niece and she loved it. Easy instructions and all the tools you need to get started embroidering. The designs are cute and easy to make.

Whimsical design works well for crafts

I thought the one that said don't be an idiot was funny. This is a well made set of kits with good thread and everything needed to complete the paintings. However, the only problem I see is that the canvas is slightly smaller and cropped off-center, making it quite difficult to hold it in the hoop as tightly as I would like. Otherwise it's a good set.

I'm a fiber artist (knitting, weaving), new to embroidery and I love cacti. So this Don't Be An Idiot cactus embroidery kit 2 pack is perfect for beginners. You get everything you need to get started: 2 pre-cut napkins, 2 plastic frames, needles, colored embroidery thread, scissors and instructions.

This is a GREAT starter kit that includes 2 levels of embroidery for beginners, all the necessary threads, 2 scissors and hoop and 2 needles. This kit is great value as it has everything you need to get started including instructions and the basic tools you need and the templates are easy to get started. You might need a little tutorial on YouTube to see someone actually do what the illustrations show, but other than that it's a great starter kit and such a small investment that it's worth a…

The pleasure of all this idleness; not too painful for arthritic hands

This is a really fun set! I've done jigsaw puzzles, paint by numbers, diamond painting, etc. to keep me busy during all of this downtime at home, but I've never dabbled in these types of crafts (other than a passing interest in knitting). that my autoimmune arthritis ended abruptly).
