I like how easy it was once we got started with using this software since most of my employees are not very tech savvy at first they thought that i should be able fix things myself when there were problems but after training them in its use has been great! I like that it has most of what we need under one roof & helps us keep track (maintenance reports) so easy! We've been able use this service since 2000 with no problems until now - when they decided not give access back up files/machines anymore after 30 days!! I like that they are able to view not only what you have done but also how often it was performed as well! This allows me (the supervisor)to know when we need new supplies at each location so there isn't any confusion with an employee or subcontractor having incorrect material quantities!! It's easy enough from your computer/laptop too look up past work orders if needed without stopping everything down just because someone forgot something.
