I like that it has most of what we need under one roof & helps us keep track (maintenance reports) so easy! We've been able use this service since 2000 with no problems until now - when they decided not give access back up files/machines anymore after 30 days!! It was such an important part as our backup process manager left them in 2007 without notice or explanation which caused some time-lag before being informed by support where are backups were stored locally only. I like that it gives you different options in terms of scheduling your work orders. It also allows me to see when someone is available or not so easy to schedule around other jobs. There are some features were there could have been more input such as adding an image which would be really useful. Overall this software has helped us manage our workloads and make sure we get everything done with less stress.
