LOW BATTERIES Suitable for lamps and ceiling fans

I was very disappointed to find that an already heavily overpriced item came with dead batteries became. Had to get my own ($8) and it did the job.

Completely unacceptable. Very bad quality.

It just doesn't work. I bought an SR400 which was problematic but at least worked. It just doesn't work - no matter what I've tried. I contacted Emerson customer service and all I got back was crickets.

Emerson makes a terrible product and doesn't care what it tells consumers. GARBAGE! Do not buy!

The other bad reviews are right! We have the most expensive fans Emerson makes. And the worst remote control imaginable for him. Mine seems completely dead most days but works occasionally. Garbage. Lousy. Bad product. Emerson just doesn't care. High frustration.

Mine failed best under Ceiling Fans and Accessories

I had two of these remotes and they both stopped working. I thought I wired the fan wrong, and then I wanted to move the fan to another room and just use the light switch to turn it on and off with no adjustments. I finally decided to try the Sr600 and lo and behold, everything works as it should. The garbage remote made me question my sanity. Don't waste your time with this junk.

Poor design, inconsistent performance

I have 2 of these remote controls at home for two different fans. The fans are incredible. There are no panels. Pros: The remotes come with white mounting plates that look nice. Consoles and fans remember their settings, so the fan can be installed on a single-pole circuit. In an old house, this means you can replace a ceiling light where there is only one set of wires and you don't need to run additional wires.
