Emitrr Review

I loved being able to use it when we had customers in multiple areas of our office. It was nice having something we could all interact with at once without calling each other personally. The chat window sometimes didn't seem to work very well either internally or externally so there were times where you would get stuck trying to figure out how to resolve an issue that someone else helped send through. It's easy enough that my dad could use it without any problems! The support team are super helpful too - they always respond quickly with clear instructions or answers I'm looking for when there isn't one yet available in our Help Center (which helps me feel better because we're not alone!). I love that you are able of creating multiple profiles (employees) so if one employee closes they dont get left out in cold! it's also easy enough even us newbies will be fine with using emittr as soon after our first use we were comfortable answering questions & setting up reports/dashboards etc - no issues at all from start till now!! I like the fact that you can easily integrate the system with your other software. It's easy to use and helps to automate the process of scheduling appointments. The software is easy to use and the support team is great. I wish we could have more customization options. It's a little hard to customize the system to meet our needs.
