Empire EM81 12 12 Inch Magnetic Level Review

People talk about this tool like Venus de Milo, but it's really just a very good little level. Useful tilt function and easy to read bubbles. Well done.

I like this level! It is ideal for hanging pictures and small projects around the home. Windows are clean so bubbles are clearly visible. Also, it's magnetic, which I love because it's easy to store in the garage. It looks durable and I believe it will last for many years.

Big benefits in a small size for many applications. I used to only have one giant bubble level and so often it was too big to use even for small projects. The magnetic side definitely comes in handy for specific tasks and storage! Easily stowed on the side of a metal cabinet that doesn't get in the way. The product feels like it will last forever. I'm happy with that.

I love this little guy, since I borrowed my last one I couldn't find the same one I had so I went for it, I love it. Strong magnetic strip along the entire length of the spirit level. I also like the angle because it's not level (although it's only a few degrees off horizontal, but still a nice feature). The blue liquid is a nice change too, not to say better or worse, but I like it and I can still read the bottle easily.

Before purchasing I was concerned that the magnet would not be strong enough. You don't need to worry about that. This magnet is attached directly to my window. It was even a little hard to break away from him. However when I attached it to my window I noticed that it has a great side window feature so you can see the bubbles from the side of the level.
