Before buying I look at the reviews, all of which were positive and clear, and how easy the installation was. After spending a week getting the devices working, I searched for "HS108" which is the actual device I received and found that my experience was not unique. The instructions refer to a device with separate reset and power buttons, while my device only has one button so it is not possible to follow the instructions as described. Product Not compatible with Alexa Echo

The barcode I scanned in the direction the plugs were plugged in was for an app that was NOT working. The instructions for the fork also say it should flash two different types of colored lights, but the forks I received didn't have that feature. I had to download the Smart Home+ app, NOT Smart Home. I still can't pair it with my Alexa like they say and that was the only reason I bought it. With the Smart Home+ app, I can control sockets via this app, but I cannot control them via Alexa. That…

I love them but problems with the instructions. Here are my tips.

Okay, first let me tell you that I have several of these at home and some of them are old and no longer available. I wanted to add more and had problems. Hope this helps as I'll be returning a few until I figure out what the problem is. I gave the new four stars because the instructions were not complete to solve my problem. I had to go online.
