Just to let those who order this item know that most bottles are cracked, chipped and deformed. I wouldn't trust them under pressure due to obvious weaknesses. Very thin in places and very thick necks. I ordered 2 sets of 8 pieces and each box has the same situation. The camera isn't that good at capturing glass distortion. The bottles are very shaky in both cases. Hope that helps.

I bought them 3 times, the first time I didn't have 2 rubber parts but I had extra ones. This time I had chips around the necks of 2 bottles and the rocker cap pieces were in pouches and not attached which I think was the cause of the 2 bottles breaking off from not being fully seated in the foam. They've been decent so far, just got a little frustrated because they lost 2 bottles due to shipping changes. But with all glass, always assume it's broken. *shrugs*

Planned to make syrups and oils from herbs. They appear to be very durable and are good value for money. Although one bottle was broken. I'm not sure if I should return the whole pack or just one bottle. This is more of a packaging and shipping issue than a manufacturing defect. I was hesitant to buy based on reviews but I wanted a smaller flip top bottle for brewing kombucha and kefir... for a reason if I wanted to try a new flavor I could have tasted a smaller amount... still at a good price.
