I will not buy from Joycuff again nor will I recommend them until they fix this issue. If they need to make money with rude words, let them create a special website for this garbage. This was the best price I could find for a similar item, it's a nice heavy/thick quality metal, the print is very clear despite the long wording, and the gift box with the tassel and the year on it is UNFORGETTABLE! I'm so glad I bought this for my daughter to wear to prom and also to make a lovely keepsake.

The photo is a beautiful light silver. This bracelet is a rough dark chrome color. Not to mention it's HUGE and very stocky and looks too manly on a woman's wrist.

When I ordered, it was expected that at least the name would be written on the front. I think it would look great if it was custom made and engraved on the inside as well.
