    Ordered two, one didn't work, the other didn't fit

    One of the new plates had a blue glass back, one had a bare ceramic top. The blue back (pictured below) is not fully functional. I tried putting the 2nd plate in to see if it was a problem with the plate or the machine, the teeth on the 2nd plate shouldn't be positioned correctly because it didn't slide straight in, then the plate cracked the base when I added pressure. Buy a decent amount/tube of heat dissipation paste as it doesn't come with it AND you might waste a small sachet on aโ€ฆ

    Replacement plates: parts and accessories

    I was very disappointed with this device! Having owned ozone generators for twenty years, I know what they do. Bought this device based on the reviews. Very disappointed again, both with the block and the replacement plates! I was able to use the block for about fifty hours before noticing the lack of shine. So I bought two spare plates thinking I had a bad apple. Well, the first record change took less than 10 hours, at which point I notified Revain. I should have known - you get what you payโ€ฆ

    Not recommended for 0-555

    My 0-555 model has a U exit. This replacement board has a flat connector while the original had a U-shaped connector. It doesn't seem to fit the 0-555 model, or doesn't quite match it. It doesn't seem to produce as much ozone as the original record. You can tell when ozone is being generated by looking through the grille at the plate while the unit is running; The disk should turn purple if it is working properly. This replacement works for a while, and at other times the power seems to go toโ€ฆ

    Why was the assembly grease included in the plate?

    You have to admit that when this cooker works, it's a lot cheaper than replacing the whole machine and it's better for the environment. do you go to a chinese restaurant? How much can it cost? It is not even recommended to buy a plate to get lube. The marketing for this product could have been a lot more thoughtful! Also, why is the plate in the marketing photo blue like the one you take off the machine, but the one you have looks a bit more primitive and white?

    Correct fitment

    Product was excellent as usual, fitted correctly, fits onto the cooling fins and starts up quickly as usual. We found it necessary to remove the old thermal paste and reapply new grease. thick enough to insert a ceramic plate to dissipate the heat generated by the ozone generation resistor. Dipping the brittle plate in the lubricant also serves to prevent the plate from breaking when the device is hit. for example dropping what the owner did. I strongly believe that you should point out theโ€ฆ
