Engaging with your customers through AI Chatbot

I like that it is simple for people who are new in social media marketing because of its intuitive interface as well has all features you need at one place! The lack or no response when posting content sometimes makes me feel frustrated but this can be fixed by replying back quickly since there's always someone monitoring their platform 24/7 so they're able respond fast if needed :) Honestly speaking we have not found any faults yet except maybe some minor bugs which could easily get resolved…

Pros
  • Easy customer service, responsive techs., variety options available with easy implementation without requiring extra expense just simply follow steps listed inside each option then enjoy benefits immediately once done.: )
Cons
  • Sometimes lagging issue during load times especially through mobile phones
  • It would've been better If user profiles had more than 1 photo uploaded per profile

Great platform to handle Customer Service and more

I like that we can use it as much or little time of day depending upon our needs at any given moment! We are able get quick answers from customers when needed without having them wait for someone else in their department/departmental chain (if they have one)to answer questions etc...it's fast & simple!! The only thing is if you need help getting started - there aren't many tutorials out yet so don’t expect tooooo high expectations right offthe bat. It helps us keep trackof customer issues…

Cons
  • I think it could be easier to navigate and it could be more user friendly
