Waste of money on a petal carb. Now it's in the trash because it can't be configured to work properly. there are no instructions anywhere. This one has only one idle screw and works well out of the box. Increase the idle a bit and you're done.

The shaft works without problems, unlike high-performance junk. Problems with the correct cable length at high power. Crazy settings required High idle etc.

Replaced an older fountain. Tip: There is a float valve that prevents gas from escaping the flask when not in use. Out of the box, it does a poor job at this task. Bend the part that holds the pin a little (which will stop the flow) so it puts more pressure on the pin and seals better. The problem is solved in less than a minute if you know what you are doing. This can be every 5 minutes if this is your first.

I bought this carburetor to replace another one that had a leaking bowl float. After installation, the 80cc engine did not work at all. He worked with an old carburetor, but it was flooded because of the float. I removed the new float from the new carburetor and put it in the original carburetor and the bike started right up and ran fine. By elimination, that means the new carb I'm considering won't work. Why? I don't know and I don't care. It was cheap but I only got a working float for that…
