I reside in a 2,000 sq. ft. home and these lights were perfect as I did not want to decorate the whole house with lights (just the front and side of the house need lights), and these lights were perfect for what I required. They are bright depending on which light colors are on. (Blue, or orange and red) The only thing I really did not understand is the 18 hr off and so many hours on; however, I solved that little problem by going out and pressing the button after they automatically turned off,

These lights were sturdy and bright. Be careful not to to detach the zip-ties, those are there to keep them in the icicle shape. I used the orange and purple settings for Halloween and I hope to use the other colors for Christmas. That being said, the white setting is very blue, there is no "warm white” setting and that’s a little disappointing for me.

I should have looked more carefully at the description of this item. They work well, but they are much too bright and, more important, are much too blue. The control, which is part of the plug, is confusing and not all that easy to use. The color and brightness simply were inconsistent with other of our lights that had more of a yellow glow, and I had to take them down.

Love these lights, I ordered the 32ft to cover the front of my house. as you can see in the photo the lights are definitely not 32ft long, considering the front of my house is only 27ft. Other than the length, the lights are great.

The lights are very easy to install, and look great. Each strand has a removable AC adapter. Removing the adapter is how one connects the strands end-to-end. The end-to-end, 2-prong, keyed connectors seem weather proof. (Full disclosure, I live in Southern California. We don't have much weather from which to proof!)The strands are not really 32' long. This looked great when installed on my roofline. However the power adapter is too large to fit in my outlet cover/box. A single rainstorm and the power adapter was fried. Luckily I ordered a second strand to fill my roofline (and thus have a 2nd power adapter), but I will have to find another solution for next Christmas.

The description is misleading. You assume the lights have a red and green mode and ALSO a warm white mode. but they only change from green to red. the light pattern changes with the remote but the colors are green and red. that's all. Also there is not an option to either have them on just red or just green, they are always on a green and red combination no matter the pattern you choose. disappointed.

After being 3/4 done putting up on roof I came across a large section that was attached completely wrong. I lost about 7ft of length and had a big loop hanging down. I had to duct tape the big loop to the underside of the roof in a black trash bag to complete the rest of the lights.

Like the timer function and how bright they are when they work problem is every time it rains and I turn them off they quit working and stay off for several hours after I turn them on before they start working again and I cannot get the people who are able to take them down so I can send them back

I had to add a trip pin timer that I set then set a pin at 5 hours 45 minutes to shut it off, and set the next 3 minute pin to turn it back on so it would be 'on' for the entire night. They are beautiful when they're on.

These lights are nice. We ordered the multicolor icicle lights. I got two sets to connect together but the colors don't quite match. One set has bright red lights in it and the other set is more of a muted red/orange, and the green is brighter. So, on the front of my house they look off next to one another. That's disappointing. Otherwise they are nice lights.

These lights arrived promptly and are beautiful and bright on our home. We don't know yet if there are weatherproofing issues as was noted in some other reviews. One problem is that the lights/wires are very light, and in higher winds, they tend to blow up on the roof, rather than dangling/staying in place. Also, the lightbulbs are so tiny that they blew up and became lodged in mesh holes in covers we have over our gutters - and would remain lightly stuck unless corrected - problem for lights…
