Robocall Pro is a great asset to our organization and the inmates we process.

The most impressive aspect of this software is how user friendly it is, the ease of implementation and use by administrators as well as users. It has been easy for our organization to implement and train employees in its proper usage. As far as being able to monitor inmates movements throughout their stay at jail and also monitoring any violations are concerned. While there have not been many complaints about the program I can say they do exist. For example we were unable to locate some…

Very simple system that saves hours

This software has helped me in many ways, for example it can help us monitor who goes where at what time, which makes our jobs easier because we no longer have to ask anyone anything about their activities as they are logged automatically by this tool. It also helps solve problems such as inmates moving around without informing guards or visitors of any kind being able to go anywhere inside your facility unsupervised. If I had nothing good i would say its expensive but everything else works…

Easy Tracking System - User Friendly

I really enjoy the ability to check in inmates and check out inmates so easily. I love that I can do it from home and have access to all of their information online. I have been a customer since January of this year and have had no issues. The only thing I don't like is that I don't have the ability to set up my own rules, I am not able to make changes myself. I highly recommend Enterpol to anyone who needs an easy user friendly and very detailed inmate tracking system!! We are using Enterpol…

  • What I appreciate most is being able log into every computer located at each facility remotely or locally when needed throughout multiple locations as well as having full visibility over where/when everyone works including shift hours and overtime pay details with reports generated within 30 seconds instead of waiting days! Plus we could see if someone shows late before end shifts start which would prevent unnecessary delays caused because one employee failed
