Sound Bubble not working

I bought it to block out background noise that disturbs my meetings. So far that doesn't work at all. Even if the sound comes from another room down the hall.

Bluetooth audio EXCELLENT (but USB connection OK)

This device uses a VERY old Bluetooth standard, 2.1+EDR (2007). No matter how close or far you are from the source, audio playback starts to break up when connected to your device via Bluetooth. It's annoying enough that you'll wonder why you paid so much for this conference microphone/speaker. I can't comment on the quality of the mic, but I had echo issues when using Microsoft Teams (not Zoom, but the clipping issue is still there). Bottom line, Yamaha really needs to update this device…
