You should not purchase this product if you need high-quality sound when communicating and do not need dancing with a tambourine. In fact, the same Jabra SPEAK 510 is not much worse in operation, but costs 30-40% cheaper.

Works well, sounds clean either way. Sometimes it won't pair with my phone. It's plugged in but doesn't play any audio and mike doesn't work. Then suddenly it works after it beeps. I can't pinpoint when and why that happens.

Small compact device, easy to use. People report that they can hear my voice clearly. Another person's voice plays beautifully on the speaker.
