Enterprise Data Solutions Review

I like that this is an integrated system with other systems, so it's easy for me as well my customers/clients when we are making changes in one or more of our CRM platforms (Salesforce) - you can see what needs changing from SalesForce into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platforms & Services! It has made managing all aspects easier by having everything at your fingertips within 1 platform!! The only thing about D365 CEPS which i dislike would be some areas where there isn't enough space etc…

The platform is very flexible, has a lot of different modules that can be used for different purposes. It's easy to use and configure. I like the fact that it's a web application, so you don't need to install any software or hardware. It's also very secure. The support team is always willing to help you with anything you need. The ability of our staff in all areas including HR, recruiting, finance/accounting etc., are able to access data from anywhere with an internet connection or mobile device. With other providers we had issues if you were not physically located at your work desk (for example home office).
