I like that this is an integrated system with other systems, so it's easy for me as well my customers/clients when we are making changes in one or more of our CRM platforms (Salesforce) - you can see what needs changing from SalesForce into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platforms & Services! It has made managing all aspects easier by having everything at your fingertips within 1 platform!! The only thing about D365 CEPS which i dislike would be some areas where there isn't enough space etc but thats not really anything major just minor nit picking :) Overall very good product / service offering especially if using multiple different software products suchas Microsoft Office Suite plus various softwares used daily egs:- MS Excel + Power BI vs Google Sheets :).
