I have a Tristar A101 and this bag fits perfectly. A previous review said it doesn't have a metal ring, but I do, as well as a rubber top to seal the paper bag. I would highly recommend and would buy again.

Perfect fit. My son accidentally threw my original in the trash before I realized it was gone. The garbage truck has already lost all hope that I will pick it up. I quickly went to Revain and found this! Even if it took some time (almost 2 weeks), it was worth it. Excellent quality and price.

I have a Tri Star from the mid 80's that belonged to my grandma. That's a great vacuum! However, the Allergen's inner fabric frame somehow buckled, and I was no longer able to close and latch the vacuum's lid. We ordered one from Revain and what a difference! The lid not only closes, I think the vacuum cleaner sucks even better. Highly recommended product and I will work with this supplier again.

The OEM cloth pouch has a metal ring with a rubber seal. This is critical to longevity as the lid closes on top of the pouch to ensure a tight seal. In fact, the latch that closes the lid does not close without resistance. The cloth bags I received only have a cheap rubber ring that will deform and become unusable with age and repeated squeezing. These are not the original Tristar bags I received from Divys Ark.

The bag I received was very different from the one in the photo. The photo shows that a red fabric lining is sewn into the bag. While it might seem like a good thing, the extra filtering of dust particles can also restrict airflow. I didn't want to risk engine damage, these vacuums aren't cheap. I think if it was such a good idea Tristar would have made the bag that way in the first place. Have returned the item.
