This filter has long since needed to be replaced. It was so easy to replace and even though my Vacumn is old it improved suction and kept the exhaust smell fresher.

I haven't changed the HEPA filter in my Smartvac Electra The Boss for a few years. Oh, and this filter did it. Works well, no loss of suction and no unpleasant dust emissions.

Looks the same as the original filter fitted by the manufacturer and the price was very competitive; especially for buying two filters. They're getting harder and harder to find in stores and I'm thankful for these filters.

I bought the filter because it was the only filter I could find for my Eureka Boss Smart Vac. It fits perfectly. I have no idea if it works as well as the original HEPA filter, but it's way better than my old dirty filter. I'm not ready to give up this vacuum yet as it was one of the best I've had.

I love my Eureka Upright and the fact that it uses HEPA filters. They really catch everything, including bad smells. It's nice to have them delivered to my door and it makes it a lot easier to replace them regularly. I have a dog and three cats and even if they don't smell these filters catch everything; You can tell exactly when they need to be replaced, and that gives you an idea of what bagless vacuums leave behind.

The frame on this item is actually orange and not yellow as shown on the Revain website. It does not correspond to the original yellow filter or other bright yellow details. My model is essentially dark green with some yellow parts. It's pretty ugly but got good reviews and now it's even uglier with a tri-color look and black cord, hose and attachments. It's not the end of the world, only my already ugly vacuum cleaner makes me cringe and the filters appear to be made in the US on Long Island…

Attention to detail is important. In this case, what I ordered and received is not what I thought I was ordering. The filter that came with my Eureka The Boss SmartVac 4870 model has eight columns on the front, while the one I received only has four, as in the picture. Also, my vacuum had a cloth pad on the back for even finer filtration and a thick black pad around the rim for maximum sealing. The ones I received don't. I have a Eureka model 4870. Also known as "Smartvac", "Boss", "Pet Lover" . The vacuum doesn't seem to pull as much.
