The best part is that it has all of my data in one place, so I can easily access any information as needed without having to search through multiple databases or programs for different pieces of info at once! It's not very user friendly/easy to navigate when you don't know how things work yet but they do offer training if necessary which helps with this issue immensely!! I like that it is fully integrated with our inventory system, which helps me manage all of my data in one area for more efficient management! It can be somewhat buggy at times when updating or deleting records from within an account; however this has been improved since EDSM was created by adding integration into ADP InFlow software as opposed to using FTP uploads. The best part of using this software is that it makes our work very easy, simple as well fast! There's nothing much I dislike about this product but maybe some minor issues like slow loading time or sometimes when you try searching for something in database its not showing up at all which can be frustrating especially if we have an urgent job to do with limited resources.
