Real red is very hard to find - all the micas I've tried have been either pink or rusty. But it's the perfect cherry red. It blends so well with the resin and I add some pearl flakes to give it a shimmer. I am very happy with this product and have purchased more colors

Red tinted fire engine (almost no matter how much/little you use) Used in both liberal and meager amounts, turns out there are large amounts were a very hard bright red, a small amount was just a more translucent red but did not turn pink, do not use if you want a more maroon/deep red.
