Description of EOH Infor Services

EOH Infor Services was founded in 1995 as Baan South Africa, becoming Softworx after a management buy-out in 1999. It became a member of the EOH Group in December 2000 and in 2011 was appointed as the only Infor Gold Channel Partner in Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2014, it was appointed as Infor Master Partner, one of only a few worldwide. Most recently, as the result of a rebranding, it became EOH Infor Services in 2018. The company focuses on providing the right solutions to its customers. It delivers enterprise applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, and drives extended best of breed solutions including; supply chain planning, extended warehouse management, asset maintenance, product life cycle management, information management (BI, data warehousing and analytics), and enterprise performance management (financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation and governance).

Very knowledgeable & experienced team that delivers excellent services

I like that they are very knowledgeable about their product line for large companies or small businesses who need help with ERP implementation. They have always gone above & beyond to assist us even though we were not an existing client (which is rare). There isn't much i dislike but if you want great customer service then this team will provide! If your looking into getting some software implemented - don’t hesitate because these guys can get things done quickly once all parties agree upon…

Pros
  • Their knowledge, experience in implementing new systems along wth excellent communication skills across multiple departments within our organization as wellas working alongside other vendors such at Oracle / SAP which makes it easy from my end since everything gets communicated through one source making sure everyone has access too information needed throughout project lifecycle

SharePoint has been a great collaboration tool for our workplace!

When I'm working at my computer nothing gets me more excited than when i find an article or blog post that has been read by other colleagues - this is so motivating for us all to work together! The ability share articles with eachother makes our workplace feel closer (and we can collaborate). Sometimes there are some errors/missing fonts but these do not seem too much bothersome unless you've got your eyesight failing like mine does sometimes!! We use SharePoint online which gives easy access…

  • Sharing stories / information amongst one another, it's easier now as in previous times where before having someone print off something meant waiting around while they did what was necessary..you're able simply login using any device eith smartphone.etc& view directly from wherever yo may be...also very useful should anyone need assistance whilst outside office hours...a quick reply could help sort problem straight away ! :) Thanks @EohInforce services team..so pleased
