It takes about 3 weeks to see a difference and then see a slight change. The capsules are ready. Wouldn't buy again. Everyone else is similar, I got way more results in the first week. I'm sorry ๐Ÿ˜

Really Works - Sports Nutrition

I ordered this nutritional supplement in mid-December to help me with my New Year's resolutions. I am now 3 weeks old and very happy with it. In general, I have more definition in my arms and chest. I also lift more, so my strength has increased as well. I'm going to run this for a month and then over and over and keep it rotating.

Very expensive product, great marketing, promises a lot but doesn't deliver results.

I did a thorough research on this product before purchasing this product and it has always received excellent reviews as well as all Google related searches. Obviously they paid well to get the results of these algorithms. The product does absolutely nothing. The reason I bought this product is to lose that last 6-8 stubborn pounds. I didn't get any result at all. , the bottom of the second can is visible and I felt ripped off. Final Verdict: This is a very expensive product, excellentlyโ€ฆ
