Epica Strongest Heavy Duty Shower Curtain Review

I bought this on February 21st 2017 and it is now August 22nd 2018. I'm already throwing away the shower curtain! From the way it was advertised, he hoped it would last at least two years. It is covered with black mold that does not go away even after cleaning. I bought a $10 shower curtain from Target to replace this crappy one.

so far very happy with this shower curtain. I can't vouch for its mildew resistance yet, but it's heavy and thick and it doesn't fly into me or touch me when I shower! I HATE being touched by shower curtains! This is not one of those cheap curtains. It's also transparent, so it lets a lot of light into the shower. I am using it as a lining with another curtain and the difference between this and my old opaque one is day and night!

Love how thick this shower curtain is. Some of the cheaper ones are so flimsy you could almost tear them with your hand. Not this one. The only problem is that it is NOT mold resistant. People who claim it should be using it in an underused guest bathroom. If you use it in the shower every day, it will form mold. I told them my curtain had been moldy for months and they were quick to respond and sent me a new one which arrived two days after their email. This deserves five stars just because I haven't used it long enough to see how it handles mold. It's very humid here and none of them are fully effective, nor do I expect them to be. The smell is not bad at all. Some of the reviews I read exaggerate the smell completely gone 2-3 times max. Anyway, I only used this curtain for about 2-3 weeks.
