Using this travel accessory, our team found that it was a great addition to our luggage. The medical alert was easily noticeable and the keyring made it easy to access. The bright color helped us quickly find our luggage in a sea of bags. The only downside was that it took up a little bit of space in our luggage but it was a small trade-off for the peace of mind it provided..

The product arrived very dirty. It looks used and I'm not even sure what it's covered in - almost like a mixture of toothpaste, dirt and something else, baked on. It was packaged in a box so I'm not sure who will ship this item in this form. Disappointing as it looks like a good product and not fun to open a sticky product and not even know what it is covered with. Especially in times of Covid one thinks that the products declared as new are clean.
