Great for anything, especially teams!

I've had problems with Microsoft Teams all the time. Almost every wireless headphone I've tried has disconnected (disconnected) during a call or Teams conference. My son lent me the Astro A20 headphones that talk to the base connected via USB. After a while, however, they began to fail. When looking for new headphones, I found that I could get Teams-certified headphones, but most were very expensive. This led me to decide that I needed headphones that were worth the price and could be used for…

Best business headset on the market

I've been looking for a quality BT 5.0 ANC headset compatible with Teams/Webex for a month. I first bought a Sennheiser MB660MS not knowing the Adapt 660 existed. The MB660 is basically an older version of the Adapt 660 that has BT 4.2 and has annoying narrator sounds to turn the sound on and off. As soon as I found out about Adapt 660, I jumped on them right away, and hell am I glad I did. They fit and feel better than my Bose QC 35, the sound is top notch, the noise cancellation is on par…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive

Rugged performer but quirky with Microsoft Teams for audio conferencing

Pro's - § Excellent audio quality for conferencing § Very good microphone quality for conference calling § Range is about 50 feet into Kona's house - § Mute/Mute - The mute button The confirmation is so loud it sounds distorted, and there's no way to adjust it. The only way to fix this problem is to disable Call Enhancement, which is a shame because otherwise Call Enhancement improves voice quality significantly. § Volume control is cumbersome and only works for music and mobile, not Microsoft…

Great option compared to Plantronics/Jabra for UC

When my 8200UC work kit stopped accepting payments they offered me in ear headphones which I declined and decided to buy my own . I tried different options designed for both UC and audio only but they didn't work properly, neither did a UC oriented device. Essentially, audio priority is a must. Calls to UC devices must not be accompanied by system tones, web media, media, or any other call that interrupts an existing call. To be honest, my testing of alternatives was limited as I wanted to…

Good technology poor usability

First off let me say I've been a long time Jabra customer but I've heard so many great thoughts about the EPOS 660 from youtube videos and wanted to hear the business case so I felt like I had to try They were also very reasonably priced compared to the Jabra Evolve2 85, which is my closest competitor. Let me start with the good: great sound, good range, good fit and finish, good tech support. I thought I would be happy with the product. Reality (maybe I'm just spoiled) I use it for business…

Adapt 660 Review In-Ear Headphones

Having been a Sennheiser fan for years and buying headset after headset, I decided to try their business class offering for work. After just one day of use, I came to the following conclusions: 1. At the end of the first day, wearing the headset for only 8 hours, my skull started to hurt. The padding over this headset is not enough for a typical workday.2. The microphone emits a constant static tone when speaking. I contacted support for help with this issue after one of my customers…

  • Great for me

All in all a great pair of headphones primarily used for work or travel

tl;dr Would buy again and recommend for work. I'm from. I can't comment on other operating systems, but for me, my overall experience was good. I've been using them all day and for the last month. I like that they have slightly larger ear cups than some other similar purpose headsets I own. They feel a little warmer on my ears than others, but not by much. And really, after wearing these or other headphones on my head for 6-8 hours straight, it doesn't matter anymore. My ears are getting warm…

  • Few competitors

  • unreliable

Good headphones for my needs

I use the headphones during the working day and mainly for conference calls, listening to music and sometimes streaming shows. My requirements for headphones are: 1) Microphone quality and noise isolation so that others can hear me well 2) Bluetooth adapter for better connection with PC 3) Connect to more than one device via Bluetooth at the same time 4) Wear comfortably for 5 to 8 hours in one piece. I already know that only in-ear or in-ear headphones are enough for me for longer periods of…
