Review on EPOS SENNHEISER Adapt 660 1000200 by Hank Mistretta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best business headset on the market

I've been looking for a quality BT 5.0 ANC headset compatible with Teams/Webex for a month. I first bought a Sennheiser MB660MS not knowing the Adapt 660 existed. The MB660 is basically an older version of the Adapt 660 that has BT 4.2 and has annoying narrator sounds to turn the sound on and off. As soon as I found out about Adapt 660, I jumped on them right away, and hell am I glad I did. They fit and feel better than my Bose QC 35, the sound is top notch, the noise cancellation is on par with the Bose QC 35 and the touch controls work surprisingly well. I was initially skeptical about the touch controls when reading the reviews here, but once I get used to it I don't think I would want anything else. It takes some time to understand all the gestures, but once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. The only thing I would like is to indicate the battery percentage when I turn it on. My Bose QC35 does this and I'm used to this feature. Everything else about this headset is perfect, the BT5.0 range is slightly better than the 4.2 range at home. I love that I can move about freely on work calls and mute this headset without having to run to my computer every time it's my turn. Bluetooth 5.0. Luckily my laptop has Bluetooth 5.0 built in and I don't need a dongle.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
