garbage in less than a year.

Epson firmware updates will damage your printer (make it unusable) if you don't use Epson ink cartridges or refill Epson ink cartridges. The funny thing is that the print quality improved after installing non-OEM cartridges. The WF-4730 starts slowly, the print speed is ok, most applications do not recognize a second paper cassette with the same paper, otherwise below average. After updating the firmware, the printer became garbage. DO NOT BUY EPSON PRINTERS.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT in printer

The absolute worst printer I have ever had. I have had issues with almost every aspect of this product. CONSTANT PAPER JAMS โ€“ regardless of paper type, numerous errors including inability to print current page selection and needing to restart regularly to detect print queues. Works with a new computer so it's not a problem. And most importantly - the terrible quality of photo printing. I mean the worst I've ever seen in comparison. Unless you're constantly frustrated and frustrated, avoid thisโ€ฆ

I started liking it, and then.

I liked Epson more than HP because they could use recycled inks. Epson then decided on a firmware update, which means that refilled cartridges are not recognized and the printer becomes an ugly decoration in the office and no longer works. Their ink cartridge prices are way too high and now they suddenly want you to use them without warning. I looked for ways to go back and found none. I will now throw away this printer and Epson if this is not fixed as soon as possible. Bad business practiceโ€ฆ

Epson changes my printer after purchase. NOT CORRECT!

Works as advertised. Started with conventional cartridges without any problems due to the high cost. However, a recent firmware update caused the printer to no longer recognize third-party cartridges. Epson is here for you. Buy from them or waste your money. landfill today! Update: I broke down and bought Epson cartridges. Bad decision! The message on the printer reads "Clean Nozzles". It stops halfway and says "Restart". After the restart he writes "Delete nozzles" again. This goes onโ€ฆ

Piece of shit! Best in Office Electronics

This is my first experience without an HP printer. I bought this printer 10 months ago. The first one I received worked for about 4-5 months. After troubleshooting, they sent me a new printer. I installed a new printer which copied well and when the print function worked everything was fine. It recently stopped finding my Wi-Fi network. Yesterday I spent an hour with people from Epson who were being moved from one agent to another. I was told to contact my WiFi provider who then directed me toโ€ฆ

Good printer; ridiculously expensive ink; Behind the scenes of the business practices

This is a good printer. I was happy with that until I made a serious mistake. I have allowed the printer to "update" its firmware. The new firmware checks something in the ink cartridge to see if it is "genuine" Epson ink. Now the printer refuses to accept completely high-quality (and much cheaper) ink cartridges from other manufacturers.
