This tool helped us save A LOT and improve customer experience

I like that it's easy to use, has multiple features which can be used individually or as an entire package for many different types of businesses (retail/commercial). The support team isn't always great with responding back quickly but when they do their responses are thorough! There could also definitely be better training materials provided by them in regards to using this product. We've been able to get rid of call centers from our business model so we're saving money AND being more…

  • The support team, customer success specialist, and ease of use are the best features
Cons
  • Sometimes the customer success specialist is difficult to connect with and it can be difficult to get them to respond back to you quickly

Excellent Solution For An International Company

i like the possibility of choosing the best and best to give the highest value to the customer and i am always in the eye of the competition, not only is always present but it is always increasing. I know it is a difficult subject but i do not like the company because of its lack of transparency. in fact for a company with such a big size (40,000€ turnover), is not present on their website nor on the forums, but i have met some of the developers on social network, it is strange they do not know
