Excellent Solution For An International Company

i like the possibility of choosing the best and best to give the highest value to the customer and i am always in the eye of the competition, not only is always present but it is always increasing. I know it is a difficult subject but i do not like the company because of its lack of transparency. in fact for a company with such a big size (40,000€ turnover), is not present on their website nor on the forums, but i have met some of the developers on social network, it is strange they do not know this part of the company. It is a great software and i trust it completely thanks to the support that it offers. The ease to use, the capability for different languages, the ability to manage multiple channels in one platform (such as mobile apps, website, live chat). There's nothing I dislike about this system. It has been an excellent investment so far! We are able to run our entire business from within the self service portal. This allows us to have consistency across all communication platforms.
