🔋 Equus 8164 Electric Oil Pressure Gauge 1-1/2" - White with Aluminum Bezel: Accurate and Reliable Monitoring for Engine Performance Review

Product works better than expected in my 1992 Toyota MR2. I am now considering using some of your other sensors when I change my V6 engine to give the sensors a new look give. FUN!

This is a good sensor for the money. Seems accurate and easy to read for the size. It's small, however, and would be difficult to spot if it were far from the driver.

worked well for about 1 hour, then the sensor failed. The arrow simply rotates fully clockwise when the device is on. This gauge is dead. If I remove the sensor cable, the needle stays clockwise.

1993 F150 5.0. Requires a 2-inch brass transmitter extension, $10, available under Brake Line Parts at auto parts stores. The current rests on the oil filter. My needle starts at about 9:00 and then goes up to about 20psi.

Replaced a burned oil pressure switch in my 1972 Dodge Charger with this one. The supplied pressure sensor is screwed directly into the block - same thread as the original sensor.

is my replacement that works but the OU started to fail after about 50 miles. Every day it will show less pressure. So I'll see if the replacement gets any better and still works a year later UPDATE 1 1/2 years later it's stuck at 25psi so I'm considering it a total loss

So there was no room for a larger oil level gauge in my application. It was the ONLY 1 1/2" electrical gauge I could find so I ordered it. It had everything you need to install in the dashboard. The transmitter unit is pretty good too as it has outputs for that sensor as well as a warning light (didn't use this as my car already had a separate oil pressure sensor but I could use that) and I think that's a great feature anyway the sensor seems to work great I wish Equus would make this sensor…

Have been using this gauge for about two years. No negative questions.
