I use this when I speak at conferences etc and there is no real podium or the podium is flat. It seamlessly supports the 12.9-inch iPad Pro in portrait mode for reading my notes, or in landscape mode when used for a PowerPoint presentation. I bought this to use with my Nintendo Switch - basically I mount my Nintendo Switch on it and use a pro controller to play while I'm in my room. The base of the stand is large enough to stand stably on my bed and not wobble. Well made, no rough edges, there are grip pads in the right places to keep it from scratching or the switch moving. Makes my home office much more convenient as I don't have to look at my iPad all day. After working too many hours at home on an iPad, my neck was killing me. Not anymore, fortunately I can now work more comfortably with the screen facing up. The stand is easy to install and fully adjustable for different angles and heights. When not in use, it is extremely compact and easy to fold and store away. The stand is very stable and even if I tap on it for a long time, it never gives in or falls off.

This is a very easy to use and functional iPad stand. I've included a video showing how it works, how easy it is to use, and how durable the device itself is. The product designers have also carefully added cushioning material to all edges and corners. It's a solid piece that requires two hands with little muscle to maneuver, but it's very stable when in place and we don't use it in a box in stores.
