Easy to install and works fine. The display moves up, down, in/out and side to side with great ease. However, be aware of the weight requirements of the monitor. If your monitor weighs less than 8.4 pounds, it will not lower properly or at all. I ended up having to add 1.5 pounds of weight to the monitor for it to function properly, but that's only because I didn't notice the weight requirement.

very good mounts for the money

I've had these installed for 3 months already, very good mounts for the money. I have a BenQ XL2420Z and a Samsung Syncmaster 223bw installed and are very easy to move around. Weigh your monitors before purchasing as they must be above the minimum weight listed on the page to counteract the spring. Mine were only 0.1 and 0.2 pounds bigger which is good. You could try adding some weight to the arm to add weight, maybe some fishing weights or something. The parts included in the kit went into the

Great product if you're careful.

This is a great product that gives me the versatility I need in a multiple table design (1 standing and 1 sitting). The assembly is well done, the movement is smooth and controlled. I would like to offer two words of warning: 1. There are 3 plastic clips on the underside of the mount that are used to route the cables. The plastic is a bit brittle, so I broke 2 out of 3. This can easily be remedied by replacing them with a homemade clip from Home Depot etc. However, if you're careful, this…

Cable clip broken but overall intact

Very nice monitor arm, as the name suggests, with great freedom of movement. Installation went smoothly, however you should ensure you have a spirit level for guidance and a drill for the hex screw as the screws supplied with the stand cannot be used with a standard Philips bit. Also, the monitor arm came with a broken cable clip, but when I contacted Revain they were willing to give a partial refund. I was able to replace the clip with a cable tie clip.

  • There are other interesting options.

Buy this mount. Believe me.

I must have researched all the available mounts and after much deliberation settled on the Ergotech Freedom Arm (wall mount) and damn I'm glad I did! This mount is perfect for my setup, I currently have a 34 inch LG UltraWide monitor on it. The mount was very easy to install and easy to adjust to almost any position. The looks are sleek and the build quality is amazing, this mount feels like it will last a lifetime! The cable clips along the arm are really helpful for keeping things organized…
