When assembling this product, I noticed that right out of the box there were defective metal and plastic parts. The black material the shoes are worn on is thin and already torn. Assembly also takes at least half an hour, if not more. I don't understand the 5 star reviews.

It was difficult to assemble It had to be disassembled and reassembled several times to make it work. The outer zipper on the case appears to be broken! I am very angry about this. I would like the company to send me another item in a black zippered case that is not broken. It will be a hassle to take the thing apart and send it back! MY GOD!

Overall a good product, it's sturdy but falls apart easily on the sides when trying to move the product when in shoes carries. It's well spaced if you're not a shoe lover. I use it for myself and my daughter says space has run out. You can put about 4 pairs of toddler shoes on each shelf and 2 pairs of adult shoes on the opposite side. . If you have a lot of shoes, I recommend buying more than one.

It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble all the shelves. All in all it was very easy. The instructions were informative with pictures. It's stronger than expected. However, there are threads on the lid that you can use to tie the lid to the rack. When trying to tighten one of the threads broke. The shelf is not big/high enough to fit men's boots, otherwise roomy.

The product was easy to assemble as I wanted to use it for all my Vans shoes. After assembling it and putting it in my bedroom, I found that it doesn't look very good in an adult room. I ended up gifting it to my son and he uses it as extra storage for his folded laundry and it works 100%. Overall I'm not mad about it, but as an adult I found it looked too "childish" for my liking.

It's nice to have something to store that doesn't look bulky or clunky. it's strong A little annoying when assembling but once it's standing. That's joy. I have several shoes so finding a safe that wouldn't break the bank was important. This is important and I can use it for other purposes. They love it and it zips up tightly to keep bugs or dust out. Not to mention that it comes in different colors. I love it. I will be buying more for my kids rooms in the basement and garage.

A part is missing, therefore the assembly could not be completed. I have emailed the company and when they send me the missing strip I will update my review. A little confusing to understand the instructions but once I did it was pretty easy. Until I got to the top and couldn't finish anymore.
